Meet Chef Charlotte
Charlotte’s love of food began early and evolved into a lifelong passion for cooking and wellness. As a competitive runner in high school and college, she discovered the powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel, learning that wholesome, nourishing ingredients fuel both body and mind. That understanding inspired her to start a food blog and, eventually, pursue a career in the culinary world. After several years of working in public relations for some of Southern California’s top restaurants, she realized her true passion was being in the kitchen, not just promoting culinary experiences.
A move to Idaho led Charlotte to the Sun Valley Culinary Institute, where she refined her craft and went on to cook at beloved local spots including Roots, Cookbook, and Pantry. As a certified holistic health coach and nutritionist, she brings a thoughtful approach to every dish, balancing healthy ingredients with vibrant flavor.
Today, as a private chef, Charlotte specializes in in-home meal prep and intimate events, creating seasonal, nourishing meals that make healthy eating feel effortless. Her food is unpretentious, approachable, and deeply delicious—rooted in simplicity and seasonality.
